Returns Policy –
There will be no returns or credits after final checkout of Google's or PayPal's shopping cart or by any other means of payment if the order has already been shipped. If, however, the item is damaged or defective upon receiving the item, we will send you a new item shipped through USPS Priority mail. We will have the option to inspect the defective item to determine if it qualifies for replacement.
You must also notify Steadfast Christian, LLC immediately upon arrival of any damage or defects associated with the product to be considered for an exchange. Minor blemishes due to shipping will not constitute an exchange. A shipping label will be sent to you via USPS first class mail. The item must be returned in packaging similar to the original (equal to or greater in quality) to be considered for a an exchange.
If a package is sent back (domestic or international) due to an incorrect address, has been lost, or other reason not at the direct fault of Steadfast Christian, LLC, all previous and new shipping costs related to the product will be charged to the buyer's expense. All shipments sent using USPS priority mail will be shipped using delivery confirmation. Once confirmation is received indicating the product has been actually delivered or attempted to be delivered, Steadfast Christian, LLC will not be responsible for the lost product after that point in time, including the cost of the item and all other related shipping costs. The same will be true for any other shipping method used such as UPS tracking confirmation.
Shipping Policy -
For the most part, the cost to ship smaller items through the USPS costs less than the other carriers. Because of this, our default shipping method will be through the USPS. The default is set for priority flat rate mail (usually ships domestically within two to three business days). If you prefer to use another shipping method, or will be shipping quantities over one item, or are located outside United States, please call before ordering.
USPS Priority flat Rate Mail International: Under this option, the customer can usually expect their package to arrive between 6-10 business days after the package is shipped. Currently, this is only available to Canada.* For shipping options, customers living in other countries outside the USA should contact us prior to ordering.
A good faith effort will be made to ship all orders within two business days, excluding holidays, after receiving confirmation of an approved order.** If an item is out of stock, your credit card or other funds will not be processed until the item becomes available for shipment.
